| 2nd Annual Fall Fest 5K RunTo Benefit the athletes of Special Olympics Virginia-Area 5 8:00 am Saturday, September 9, 2006

| Course: | Start at the entrance of the National Guard Armory, Gypsy Hill Park . Run proceeds 2 laps around the park, ending at the park Gaxebo. |
| Time: | Registration & packet pick-up 7:00 – 7:45 am . 5K begins at 8:00 am . |
| Awards: | All runners will receive a Fall Fest 2005 T-shirt. First Place overall male and female runners receive a $20 gift certificate from a local business and a Fall Fest 5K medal. Medals will also be awarded to first, second and third place winners in each division. |
| Age groups: | Female and Male divisions ages: 13-19 • 20-29 • 30-39 • 40-49 • 50-59 • 60 & over |
| Directions: | From I-81 South, take exit 225 and turn left at the end of ramp onto 275W. From I-81 North, take exit 225 and turn right at the end of the ramp onto 275 W. At the stop light, make a left onto Route 11 South. Bear to your right at the blinking light and follow Route 11 Business ( Augusta Street ) to the third stop light. Turn right at the light onto Churchville Avenue (the Library will be on the corner). Continue on through 2 stop lights. As you approach the entrance to Gypsy Hill Park , bear to your left onto Thornrose Avenue (do not enter the park). You will pass the tennis courts on your right. Take the next right to enter into the Armory. |
| Entry fee: | $15.00 early registration postmarked by August 20th $20.00 registration day of the event *requested T-shirt size guaranteed to all early registrations. All others on availability. |
| Safety: | Please, no strollers, baby joggers, radio headsets or dogs. |
